Kimberly Dalve
Kim Dalve is a senior research and data associate with Data Analytics and Applied Research at the Center for Court Innovation. She is currently involved in on-site research and data analysis at Brooklyn Justice Initiatives, Red Hook Community Justice Center, and Brownsville Community Justice Center and previously, the Harlem Community Justice Center. Her current research projects include evaluating alternatives to traditional case processing for young adults, including a prosecutor-led diversion program and dedicated court part model. Before joining the Center, Kim held the position of program evaluation analyst at a non-profit providing healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness. Kim received a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
