Natalie Reyes is the deputy director at Midtown Community Court. In this role, she oversees the management and operations of the Alternative Sanctions, Clinical, Diversion, and Community Service departments. Previously, Natalie was Associate Director of Training and Technical Assistance at the Center for Court Innovation, where she provided consulting services to jurisdictions domestically and internationally in the planning and implementation of community courts, problem-solving justice initiatives, and intelligence-driven prosecution strategies. Prior to joining the Center, Natalie worked at the Organization of American States’ Justice Studies Center of the Americas in Santiago, Chile, providing assistance on criminal justice reforms throughout Latin America. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in New York State.
