Associate Director, Technical Assistance
Natalie Reyes is the associate director on our technical assistance team, overseeing National Community Courts Technical Assistance project and on international TA projects in Latin America. She was previously deputy director at Midtown Community Court, where she oversaw the management and operations of the Alternative Sanctions, Clinical, Diversion, and Community Service departments. Natalie is no stranger to our technical assistance team, she has worked with jurisdictions domestically and internationally in the planning and implementation of community courts, problem-solving justice initiatives, and intelligence-driven prosecution strategies. Prior to joining the Center, Natalie worked at the Organization of American States’ Justice Studies Center of the Americas in Santiago, Chile, providing assistance on criminal justice reforms throughout Latin America. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in New York State.
