Project Director, Harlem Community Justice Center
Bradley Pierre serves as the Project Director for the Harlem Community Justice Center which works to address issues of housing instability, provides innovative youth programming, and assists formerly incarcerated individuals to support their successful reentry and transition into the Harlem community. Prior to this role Mr. Pierre served as the Director of Programs for the Division of Youth and Family Justice at the New York City Administration for Children’s Services, where he worked to revise policies and implement reforms aimed at reducing the number of youth incarcerated in New York City and improving their chances at a successful transition into their communities. In addition to his experience in city government, Mr. Pierre’s professional background includes direct service and leadership roles in a broad range of nonprofit organizations serving at risk youth, families and the formerly incarcerated. Mr. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Education (School Psychology) from Brooklyn College of The City University Of New York.
