Assessment Intake Monitor Reporting

The Buffalo Drug Court computerized information system collects data about defendants to help the Court make informed decisions regarding diversion, adjudication and post-adjudication. The system's focus is the collection and analysis of psycho-social data, which assist the Court in determining if an individual requires drug treatment.

Screening Form: When potential Drug Court participants are remanded to the Buffalo Drug Court, they undergo a social service needs screening. The screening consists of 86 questions that help identify whether a candidate meets the criteria for treatment intervention. The screening creates a personal profile, gathering information on such things as education, health, drug use and prior treatment history.
